360 Feedback Package

Service Description

This package will help you get the honest, constructive feedback that you need to build an action plan of your next leadership steps. Level-up your skills and competencies, improve your communication and relationships with key stakeholders in your organization, and build your personal brand the way you’d like others to see you. This package is for you if you’d like to take feedback in your own hands and move forward: Increase your awareness of how your behaviour is perceived by others; Identify priority areas where a shift in behaviours or perceptions would improve your overall performance and effectiveness; Identify and build on the strengths that are visible to others; and Increase your personal learning and development activities in a way that will shape your leadership in ways that will have a strong impact in your organization. Working with you to focus the areas for inquiry, I will interview 6-8 people within your organizational system, consolidate the feedback into both a verbal debrief and a written report and follow up with one coaching session to help you develop an action plan in response to the feedback.
